Teri Maciejewski

Teri is the founder of Healthy Expectations. She graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in Movement and Sports Science from Purdue University. She attained her certification in Athletic Training in 1987. Teri went on to attend physical therapy school at Northwestern University, graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy in 1987. She has 38 years of experience as a physical therapist, with 29 years of experience in women’s health and pelvic floor dysfunction. She is board certified as a Women’s Health Clinical Specialist by the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties. Outside the clinic, her interests include sports and fitness, taking in the many social and recreational activities that the Midwest has to offer, and spending time with her husband and five children.

Dr. Margot Stricker

Dr. Margot Stricker joined the Healthy Expectations team in 2019 after completing her doctorate in physical therapy at Trine University. Her treatment approach blends hands-on care, individualized exercises, and patient education, with a strong emphasis on breathing and movement informed by her background in yoga teacher training completed in 2010. Margot enjoys working with people of all ages to reduce pain, improve movement, and manage bowel and bladder issues so they can return to daily activities with confidence and comfort. She loves making memories with her husband, two kids, and their dog, with camping, travel, and family time with movement and home-cooked meals.
